If you want to contact TurboTax, you can connect with the support team.TurboTax support is available every day from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

TurboTax Online or Mobile App

  1. First, sign in to your TurboTax account.
  2. Click on  Help
  3. Type your question in the search box, or enter “Talk to a specialist.”
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a callback from a support representative.

Note: If you’re using the Free Edition without the PLUS benefits package, live support is not included. You will be asked to upgrade to PLUS before you can speak with a specialist.

TurboTax Desktop If you’re using the TurboTax Desktop software, you can contact customer support directly by calling 800-446-8848.
